A year ago today - Travel approval

A year ago today we received awesome news of travel approval! We had waited 96 days for approval to travel to bring Kole home. I remember we were at the baby sitters and I was inside seeing how the kids had been and chatting with the babysitter before heading home. Kali came running in with my cellphone and yelled, "I think this is the call!" We were so excited. I was so relieved to finally hear those words "You have travel approval". Things went really fast after that! By the next week we had dates and then we were off. It is hard to believe that we are coming up on 1 year since meeting Kole. Such expectations we had. What a wonderful trip and awesome that we were finally bringing home this little guy that we had looked at his picture for nearly a year.
